So we left Ubud and continue our journey on Bali to Batur volcano on the north. It started raining on the way, so we decided to carry on through mountains to the seacoast and come back here when the weather is better. But what we did not know that the last 9 km to the sea would be such hardcore…
First it was very steep way up, so it was not possible to go two persons on motorbike… When we reached the highest point, we hoped that everything would be ok now. But the way down was even more crazy, steep and damaged. Thanks to local guy who helped us going down we finally made it. But the idea to come back this way is absolutely out of table 😀
Tak jsme vyjeli z Ubudu a pokracovali na sever k sopce Batur. Po ceste zacalo prset, tak jsme se rozhodli pokracovat dale pres hory k pobrezi a vratit se sem, az bude lepsi pocasi… To jsme ale netusili, ze poslednich 9 km bude poradna hardcore cesta…
Nejdrive vedla cesta prudce vzhuru, takze rozhodne nešlo jet ve dvou na skutru… Kdyz jsme dojeli (a dosli ;-)) do nejvyssiho budu, doufali jsme, ze uz se pojede v pohode. Cesta dolu byla ale mnohem silenejsi, prudsi a rozbitejsi. Nastesti nam ale mistni klucina pomohl sjet dolu a my mohli pokracovat v ceste… Ale vratit se sem touto cestou rozhodne nepripada v uvahu 😀
