After Bangkok we came to Chiang Mai, city located at the north of Thailand. We must say it is different in all aspects. It has much smaller scale, the traffic is not so insane, we saw first time the buttom for pedestrian to cross the road. In Bangkok – forget it. Climate is pleasant, you are not dying outside 🙂 and percentage of tourists to local people seems like fifty fifty. That mightbe probably the reason why this city has very european character, that sometimes I have to remember in which country we are. Big surprise! And there are more mosquitos…

Po Bangkoku jsme dojeli do severniho Thajskeho mesta Chiang Mai. A musime teda rict, ze tohle mesto je uplne jine, a to ve vsem, Je mnohem mensi, doprava neni tak silena. Dokonce jsme tu poprve narazili na tlacitko pro chodce na prechodu. Na to v Bangkoku zapomente! Klima je tu mohem prijemnejsi, venku se to da zcela prezit 🙂 A procento turistu vuci mistnim je mohem vyssi, az to vypada tak padesat na padesat. To je asi duvod proc ma tohle mesto evropsky charakter, ze si obcas musim pripomenout, v jake zemi to vlastne jsme. Velke prekvapeni! A je tu vic komaru…
